High-end Tampa complex sold for $46M

Altis Highland Park, a mixed-use complex in Tampa, has sold for $46 million, according to Hillsborough County records.

The complex features 239 apartment units and 5,000 square feet of retail space, according to a statement. CW Highland Park Apartments LLC purchased the complex. The Altman Companies sold it.

Units inside the complex, which range from $1,193 to $2,028 per month, come in studio, one, two and three bedroom floor plans. Other amenities include a private poolside lounge, a fitness center and aerobics studio and a dog park, the statement adds.

Retail space along the main street of the Altis Highland Park complex includes a Kahwa Coffee and an auto-detail facility. A Volume Hair Studio will move in later this year.

The Altman Companies has developed, built, purchased and managed more than 24,000 multifamily units since 1968. It has a presence in Florida, Michigan, Illinois, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas and North Carolina.
