TAMPA — Thomas Welsh has been promoted to senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer at HomeBanc N.A., according to a statement.
Welsh has worked with HomeBanc since 2010 and has 10 years of banking experience, the statement says. He is also a certified public accountant and chartered financial analyst.
HomeBanc, headquartered in Tampa, has 14 offices and more than $990 million in assets. The bank was ranked No. 2 on American Banker's 2015 best banks to work for list.
