NAPLES — My Shower Door, with five locations on the Gulf Coast, is expanding to central Florida with a new location in Winter Park, outside Orlando.
The Winter Park location opened Dec. 1, according to a statement. It features seven full-sized frameless shower door enclosures on full-sized, custom-built displays, the release adds. The location also highlights My Shower Door's new architectural division and features a display of all glass wine closets.
The other My Shower Door locations are Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa and St. Petersburg. Bill and Donna Daubmann and their sons Keith and Douglas own the company. The family opened their first showroom in Naples in 2003, and has since grown the business to six locations and 47 employees.
My Shower Door also has affiliate stores that are independently owned and follow the same business model. Those locations are in Oklahoma City; Grand Rapids, Mich.; York, Pa.; and Saint Paul, Minn.
My Shower Door Regional Sales Manager Cory Lavey, with the company since 2006, will oversee the Orlando operation.
