NAPLES — Attorneys Cary Goggin and Kyla Thomson have been named partners at Goede, Adamczyk, DeBoest & Cross, a Southwest Florida law firm that specializes in representing condo and homeowner associations.
The two attorneys have been with the firm for more than five years and work out of its Naples office, according to a statement.
Goggin handles commercial and real estate litigation cases and represents clients on landlord and tenant litigation, as well as real estate transactions. Goggin also helps clients develop effective enforcement and collection litigation strategies, the release adds.
Thomson provides general counsel on community association matters to boards of directors and management companies, the release states. She drafts opinion letters, amendments and restatements of governing documents, covenant violation and collection demand letters on behalf of community associations. She also manages and supervises a team of paralegals in the firm's collections and foreclosure practice.
“Watching these bright, young attorneys develop over the past five years has been a gratifying experience,” founding partner John Goede says in the release. “From day one, Cary and Kyla brought energy, skills and dedication that have benefitted our clients and strengthened the firm. Their promotion to partner is testament to how much we value their contributions.”
Goede, Adamczyk, DeBoest & Cross has offices in Naples, Fort Myers, Coral Gables and Boca Raton.
