Liftmatic, a global automotive, aviation and industrial parts distributor, plans to open its first distribution center in the United States, in Fort Myers.

The company recently signed a lease for an 8,000-square-foot space in the Daniels Road Showroom Warehouse, just south of Daniels Parkway at 13361 Saddle Road, according to a statement.

Adam Palmer and Artem Nashman of LandQwest Commercial in Fort Myers represented the Tenant. Liz Herman, also with LandQwest Commercial, represented the landlord, Daniels Road Showroom Warehouses LLC.

“This location was diligently selected as a case study for this international group, which speaks volumes about new business opportunities for Southwest Florida,” says Palmer, principal and managing director for the LandQwest Fort Myers office, in the statement. “The tenant's primary concern is convenient distribution across the East Coast and the Midwest, while establishing a relationship across Florida's major metros.”
