Offshore Sailing School, A Fort Myers-based company run by America's Cup and Olympic sailor Steve Colgate and his wife Doris Colgate, plans to add another venue for its racing programs.

The newest spot will be the Marriott Autograph Collection Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina in the British Virgin Islands, according to a statement. A four-day program, hosted by Steve Colgate, is scheduled for December, the release adds. The program includes racing clinics mornings and afternoons, with shore seminars, parties and a regatta for trophies.

“This is the perfect location to learn to race or improve your competitive skills, with steady trade winds and a gorgeous resort for accompanying family to play while you're on the water,” Steve Colgate says in the release.

Colgate founded Offshore Sailing School in 1964. The school has seven locations in Florida, the British Virgin Islands, New York and New Jersey.
