Bank, with new exec, expands Naples presence

NAPLES — Prominent area banker Cristin Madden has been named vice president of commercial lending in Collier County for Charlotte State Bank & Trust.

Madden has more than 16 years experience in commercial lending, business banking and business development in Collier and Lee counties, according to a statement. She began her career as a credit analyst in 2000 and has an M.B.A. in finance from Florida Gulf Coast University. Banks Madden has worked for include BMO Harris and BB&T.

“Cristin possesses the knowledge and proficiency necessary to provide our Collier County clients with local, personalized service,” Charlotte State Bank & Trust President Craig DeYoung says in the statement. “Her extensive experience in the area will be a huge plus to our clients there.”

Port Charlotte-based Charlotte State Bank & Trust, with five Charlotte County offices and loan production offices in Collier and Lee Counties, had $317.4 million in assets through March 31.
