FORT MYERS — Thomas Braun has been named the senior sales director of the new Campo Felice Retirement Living community in the historic downtown river district of Fort Myers.
Braun, a 20-year veteran in marketing, retail sales and managerial services, is responsible for advancing and directing sales and marketing the 55-plus community, a statement says. There are 323 independent residences in the community, located at 2500 Edwards Drive.
Prior to joining Campo Felice, Braun was the director of sales and marketing at Maravilla Scottsdale, a senior community in Arizona. Before that, he held the same role at The Carlisle community in Naples and worked as owner and operator of A&B Furniture, also in Naples.
Campo Felice's renovation and construction of the community will total $68 million. It is scheduled to open in early 2017.
