TAMPA — Shell construction contractor ODC Construction named Zac Merriman the company's chief financial officer.

Merriman, who has been an equity partner with ODC since it was founded in 2011, will oversee the company's financial operations, including financial reporting and forecasting, capital allocation, cash flow management and purchasing, according to a statement from the firm. He will work closely with CEO Isaac Lidsky — his former roommate at Harvard — and the rest of the leadership team to continue driving company-wide growth.

Prior to joining ODC, Merriman worked as an investment analyst for Capital Research Global Investors, the statement says.

ODC Construction, with divisions in Orlando and Tampa, reported $80 million in revenue in 2015, a 17.1% increase over its $68.3 million in revenue in 2014. The company, which specializes in turnkey shell services for single-family and multifamily homes, was ranked the 13th largest contractor in the Business Observer's Top 50 Contractors list.
