LAKELAND — Lunz Prebor Fowler Architects acquired Dunedin-based Graham Design Associates.

“We wanted to enter the market of medical facility design, and we were looking for a company with similar values and culture,” says Bradley Lunz, president of Lunz Prebor Fowler Architects, in a statement. “Graham Design Associates has a deep portfolio of medical and diagnostic center design services, with many projects in the Tampa Bay area.”

Graham Design Associates is currently working on projects for Lakeland Regional Health Main Campus, Lakeland Surgical & Diagnostic center and multiple Watson Clinic locations.

Aside from medical facilities, the company also works on commercial office space, building interiors, industrial buildings, banks and residential complexes, the statement says. It will retain its name until the end of 2017. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1987, Lakeland-based Lunz Prebor Fowler Architects has completed projects in 28 states and the District of Columbia, the statement says. Its services include college campuses, corporate offices, logistics facilities and government projects.
