Tampa firm hires new culture, people officer

TAMPA — WilsonHCG named Jennifer Locklear chief people and culture officer, a new position on the executive team at the recruitment outsourcing and consulting firm.

Locklear will oversee all of the Tampa-based company's internal human resources functions, including talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, rewards and culture, according to a statement. She will be based in WilsonHCG's global headquarters in Tampa and reports directly to CEO John Wilson.

Locklear most recently was vice president of human resources at Tampa's Healthesystems. Prior to that she was project lead at Franklin Templeton Investments.

Founded in 2002, WilsonHCG has more than 500 employees. It recently received national recognition for its veteran hiring programs.
