Arthrex buys Naples medical center from Barron Collier Cos.

BUYER: RES Florida 1284 Holdings LLC (officers: Reinhold and Erika Schmieding, Daniel Hall and Zeida Orbea), Naples
SELLER: Creekside West Inc. and 1280 Creekside Medical LLP
PROPERTY: 1280, 1284, 1290 and 1317 Creekside St., Naples
PRICE: $9.95 million (three deeds)
LAW FIRM ON DEED: Coleman Yovanovich & Koester PA, Naples

PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
Naples-based orthopedic medical device company Arthrex purchased the two-building, 22,226-square-foot Creekside Medical Center for $9.95 million.

The price equated to $448 per square foot.

The Barron Collier Cos. previously owned the two buildings, located at the southwest corner of Immokalee and Goodlette-Frank roads near the Golisano Children's Hospital of
Southwest Florida. They had a single, 1,379-square-foot vacancy at the time of the sale.

Arthrex has already occupied and started operating from Creekside Medical Center's vacant space.
