SEFFNER — Lazydays signed an agreement to acquire RV America and its three dealerships in the Denver area.

The acquisition includes a Johnstown, Colo., location — the world's largest indoor RV showroom — and an Aurora, Colo., dealership. The third site, branded Discount RV Corner, is located in Longmont, Colo. All three dealerships will retain their current names, but will transition to Lazydays RV sometime next year.

The purchase will give Lazydays five locations.

Chris Trapeni, Lazydays' general manager for its Tucson, Ariz., dealership, will take on a new role as Western US regional vice president. Trapeni will work closely with Hari Sach, RV America's owner and operator, and the current RV America leadership team on the transition. Evan Crayder is being promoted to Lazydays Tucson general manager.

“This acquisition gives us access to one of the top markets for RV'ers in the US,” Tim Sheehan, Lazydays president and CEO, says in a press release.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
