ESTERO — Hertz has deepened its executive bench with more former United Airlines executives.
Hertz President and CEO John Tague, who replaced former CEO Mark Frissora late last year, was the former president and chief operating officer at United Airlines. Since he joined Hertz, Tague has recruited several former United executives to the Estero-based car rental giant.
The latest additions to the Hertz executive suite include Stuart Benzal as vice president of customer experience and Tony Bedalov as vice president of customer care and contact centers. Both men were former managing directors at United.
Benzal and Bedalov will report to Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer Jeffrey Foland, the former chief marketing and strategy officer at United.
“They have proven records of delivering technologies including self-service customer applications, employee technology tools and systems that enhance the customer interaction with products and services,” Foland says of Benzal and Bedalov, in a statement.
