LAKEWOOD RANCH — Neal Communities, one of the most prolific homebuilders in the region, had a record-breaking sales month in February.
The firm, based in Lakewood Ranch, sold 103 homes last month, according to a release. That's the best February ever for the homebuilder, founded in 1970. The community with the most sales in February was Grand Palm in Venice, with 19, the release adds. Eagle Trace in Bradenton, Reflection Lakes in Naples and Forest Creek in Parrish each had seven sales, and Fairfield in Bradenton and Central Park in Lakewood Ranch had six each.
“Southwest Florida's robust real estate market continues to fuel our record breaking success,” Neal Communities sales director Nicole Brooks says in the release. “Consumer confidence is reaching 'normal' levels and the winter in the north is driving more people to the area.”
