Paul Rutledge, first vice president with CBRE's retail brokerage group in Tampa, was elected to serve as the International Council of Shopping Centers' Florida State Operations chairman for 2015-2016.
Rutledge served as the chairman of the Florida ICSC Conference in 2013. He specializes in institutional quality retail real estate and development.

Jeannette Jason has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a director in the company's land brokerage services group. Jason comes to Cushman & Wakefield after 25 years as founder and owner of DJG Tampa Inc., where she specialized in brokerage, assemblage, and redevelopment projects in downtown Tampa. She sold and leased more than a million square feet of real estate during her career.
