NAPLES — Quail Creek Country Club completed a multimillion-dollar renovation project that began in June 2013.

The improvements, according to a press release, focused on upgrades to the club's two golf courses, expansion of the Greenside Grille restaurant, two new bocce courts and a new sports lounge. The project was done in three stages, starting with changes to the Creek Course. Phase two included changes to the 18-hole Quail Course, and the final phase covered construction of a sports lounge adjacent to the tennis pro shop and bocce courts.

Golf course superintendent Kevin Leo proposed many of the renovations to the golf course, which were approved by the original course designer, Arthur Hills.

“Kevin took his 25 years of experience as a golf course builder and tweaked every bunker, tee box and green complex that could be improved,” Mike Dero, director of golf, says in the release.

Stonegate Bank provided financing for the project.
