FORT MYERS — Murex Properties says will manage a manufactured housing community in Apache Junction, Ariz., for Northwestern Mutual Real Estate.
The Dolce Vita community has 720 homes in a gated age-restricted development that Northwestern purchased in December. The community includes a 33,000-square-foot clubhouse with a ballroom, library, arts and crafts, business center, fitness center and community room with a full commercial kitchen.
Dolce Vita is the fourth community in which Fort Myers-based Murex and Northwestern Mutual have partnered. Northwestern Mutual Real Estate is the marketing name for the real estate department of Northwestern Mutual Investment Management Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northwestern Mutual.
“Dolce Vita provides its residents an outstanding active-retirement lifestyle, and is a good fit with our corporate culture, which counts the satisfaction of our residents as a measure of success,” says Murex Properties President Steve Adler in a statement. “It is one of Arizona's premier communities with a highly landscaped, low-density setting that allows for large lots.”
