Chuck Ardezzone and the film crews at ITZ Studios are at it again with a new reality TV show.
Fresh off their latest buzz-worthy show called “Paradise Coast Wives,” a behind-the-scenes look at wealthy socialites in Naples, Ardezzone's crew is working on a new show about Realtors who sell super-luxury homes.
The new show, “Million Dollar Listing Naples: Billionaire's Coast,” features Kristen Weardon of MVP Realty, the former winner of the Mrs. Florida and Miss Globe beauty pageants. Other Naples real estate agents who will be featured on the show include Steven Sager of Selling SWFL, Lauren Taranto of Royal Shell Realty and Henry Albrecth of Gulf Gateway Realty.
The most recent episode takes place at a $5.5 million home that measures 12,000 square feet inside the exclusive Pelican Bay development in Naples. Inside, the home features paintings by Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque.
Ardezzone hopes to create a sizzling show with lots of drama to sell to producers and cable TV shows. He says he already has one prospect: Ryan Seacrest Productions, producers of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
