BONITA SPRINGS — Innovative Holdings named Silvia De Antonio chief culinary officer of The Fresh Diet, which delivers freshly prepared meals to consumers in 570 U.S. cities.

Bonita Springs-based Innovative Food Holdings acquired The Fresh Diet in August and recently reported a 64% annual increase in quarterly revenues in part because of the acquisition. Innovative Food distributes specialty gourmet foods to chefs nationwide.

De Antonio has 19 years experience in culinary management, research and development, in addition to experiences as a culinary instructor and television cooking-show chef, according to a statement.

Prior to joining The Fresh Diet, De Antonio directed culinary research and development for Grupo Restalia, where she was responsible for innovation for three restaurant and food-service brands with 500 units across 9 countries.

“We're thrilled to welcome Silvia with her tremendous success, artfully curating distinctive menus with the latest global culinary trends,” says Bryan Janeczko, CEO of The Fresh Diet, in the statement.
