First Watch, a leading breakfast-brunch-lunch chain nationwide, has renewed a multi-year contract with technology firm Datum Corp. to provide outsourcing functions on IT services.

The contract covers all the First Watch, Bread & Co. and The Good Egg locations nationwide, in addition to any future locations, according to a release. It also includes strategic technology consulting. Terms of the contract weren't disclosed.

“We have been working closely with Datum for several years, and as one of our most trusted partners we are excited to move forward together and continue opening new locations nationwide,” First Watch Vice President of Finance Chris Olson says in the release.

First Watch is the largest and fastest-growing daytime-only restaurant concept in the country, with more than 120 restaurants in 17 states, the release states. It also operates 19 The Good Egg restaurants in Arizona and a Bread & Co. location in Nashville. The chain says it has aggressive growth plans for the remainder of 2015.

Like First Watch, Lakewood Ranch-based Datum is on a fast-growth track. Founded in 2003, the firm performs IT services in more than 3,700 client locations that support 162,000 employees. Datum specializes in the multi-unit restaurant industry.
