Atlanta's Invesco Inc. buys Pollack Shores' Noho Flats

PRICE: $57.25 million

PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
An affiliate of Atlanta-based global investment management firm Invesco Inc. purchased 311-unit Noho Flats at North Hyde Park for $57.25 million.

The price equated to $184,084 per unit. That figure is higher than the average price per unit for multifamily space ($70,803) in the Tampa Bay area, according to the CoStar Group.

Located north of Kennedy Boulevard, the apartment complex features a saltwater swimming pool with outdoor bar, fountain courtyard, clubroom, media room with a private conference center and a fitness center.

Pollack Shores Real Estate Group started construction on the development back in late 2012 and finished it this summer. Poole and Poole Architecture designed it.

Calls to Invesco for comment had not been returned as of deadline.
