Healthcare Trust of America Inc. purchased the two-story Trilogy Center II medical office and ambulatory surgical center for $17.3 million.
The price equated to $401 per square foot. That figure is higher than the two-year average price per square foot for office space ($118) in the Tampa Bay area, according to the CoStar Group.
Optimal Outcomes LLC developed the 43,124-square-foot medical building across McMullen Booth Road from the Mease Countryside Hospital in 2011. It was 100% occupied at the time of the sale. Tenants include Florida Cancer Specialists, Florida Spine Institute and The Macula Center, among others.
