PRICE: $3.9 million

PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
All Children's Hospital Inc. purchased a 26,070-square-foot outpatient center for $3.9 million.

The price equated to $150 per square foot.

All Children's Hospital previously leased the building, which is located adjacent to Morton Plant Mease Outpatient Center on Tampa Road.

“We began providing speech, occupational and physical therapy at the East Lake location 13 years ago, and over time we've had the opportunity to add a wider range of services, including many pediatric physician specialties and supportive diagnostic testing,” Bill Horton, a senior vice president at All Children's wrote in an email to the Business Observer. “The purchase of the property is a natural progression of our commitment to bring specialized pediatric services to North Pinellas families.”

John Rueda, an associate in Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office, handled the sale.
