LAKEWOOD RANCH — Neal Communities, already one of the most prolific homebuilders on the Gulf Coast, is on the way toward another record-breaking sales year.
The Lakewood Ranch-based firm had 62 new homes sales in September, according to a release. That brings the annual total to 651 sales. “There has been no slow down to our pace this year as market conditions continue to fare positively for new home buyers,” sales director Nicole Brooks says in the release.
Several communities in the firm's portfolio had strong sales months in September, the firm says. The leader was Grand Palm in Venice, with a dozen purchases. Others with a high September sales volume include Central Park in east Manatee County; Canopy in Naples; Watermark in Fort Myers; and Villa Palmeras in Estero.
