SARASOTA — Sebring Software Inc. has named Larry Colton as its new chief financial officer. Since September, he has served as the company's vice president of finance.
Colton has more than 30 years of accounting and finance experience. He previously served as chief financial officer from 2005 to 2010.for eAutoclaims Inc., an Oldsmar company that provided Internet-based collision claims services. From late 1997 to 2000, he served as vice president of the asset management division of Sky Financial Group.
“Bringing a unique skill set to the company, Mr. Colton will be critical to our success during this particular phase of the company's rapid growth,” Sebring CEO Leif Andersen says in a press release.
Colton oversaw Sebring's most recent acquisition of two Florida-based dental practices, bringing the total orthodontic and dental practices under management to 39 nationwide.
