NAPLES — Homebuilder Taylor Morrison acquired 70 lots in Fiddler's Creek, a residential development located between Naples and Marco Island. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We are delighted to welcome such a well-known homebuilder to Fiddler's Creek,” says Aubrey Ferrao, managing member of Fiddler's Creek Community, in a statement. “The homes to be constructed by Taylor Morrison will complement the residential offerings currently available and provide buyers with a high-quality product in distinctive neighborhoods.”
Arizona-based Taylor Morrison joins three other national and local homebuilders in Fiddler's Creek, including D.R. Horton, Lennar Homes and Stock Signature Homes. Home prices were not disclosed in a Fiddler's Creek announcement.
In the village of Amador at Fiddler's Creek, Taylor Morrison plans to build 16 single-family homes with a selection of five different floor plans. The first two models are currently under construction and will be open later this summer. In the village of Mussorie, Taylor Morrison will build 54 single-family homes and intends to offer the same selection of floor plans. All homes will feature tile roofs, ornamental detailing and landscaping.
