TAMPA- Little Greek Franchise Development LLC announced it plans to expand the restaurant franchise to several new locations this year. New restaurants are scheduled to open in Colleyville, Texas; Valrico; Orlando; Clearwater and Spring Hill by the fourth quarter.

Nick Vojnovic, president of Little Greek Restaurant, and its founder Sigrid Bratic formed a partnership in April of 2011 to expand the franchise throughout the Tampa Bay area and beyond. Currently there are 13 locations in the Tampa Bay area. The franchise most recently opened a new location in Trinity, off State Road 54 and Little Road.

“Based in Tampa, Little Greek Restaurant is a unique, affordable and accessible concept,” Vojnovic says in a press release. “We are looking at markets that will be a perfect fit for Little Greek and it was an easy decision to choose the Brandon, Orlando and Colleyville area for our upcoming expansions. We are looking forward to entering these new markets and starting the next phase of our franchise growth.”

The company estimates the total cost of investment to open a new restaurant at between $100,000 to $175,000.
