Lazydays RV names new Crown Club head

SEFFNER — Lazydays has named Russ O'Connor Sr. as the president of its “Crown Club” at the Tampa location. O'Connor has more than 17 years of RV industry experience.

Prior to joining Lazydays, O'Connor spent much of his career in high-end car sales. His sales experience led him to join Lazydays, where he became the top Monaco salesperson in the nation. Since then, O'Connor has held several high-end RV sales management positions at Lazydays.

The Lazydays Crown Club is an motor coach membership program offed to patrons who purchase a qualifying luxury coach from Lazydays. The Crown Club on Lazydays 126-acre property offers a suite of specialty benefits including dining experiences, private camping grounds, separate swimming and outdoor lounge facilities, a library and RV service.

O'Connor is responsible for supervising all aspects of the Lazydays Crown Club program including products, showcasing, managing the sales process and overseeing the customer experience. He will lead a team of 50 Crown Club certified RV personnel.

“Russ is a perfect fit to lead our Crown Club program,” Ron Fleming, Lazydays general sales manager, says in a press release. “We have seen tremendous growth and interest in our high-end coaches, and I am thrilled to have Russ in this role to ensure every Lazydays Crown Club member has a stellar experience.”
