The price equated to $407 per square foot. That figure is higher than the two-year average price per square foot for retail space ($144) in the Tampa Bay area, according to the CoStar Group.
The 2,948-square-foot car wash was built in 2004. It occupies a 0.78-acre site on U.S. 41.
The purchase entity, NNES Ventures 2 LLC, mortgaged the property to Gateway Bank of Southwest Florida for $600,000.
