Fiddler's Creek in Naples has announced it entered into a joint venture with national homebuilder Taylor Morrison Home Corp. for the development of the new 1,000-home residential community, Oyster Harbor.

“This transaction represents the single-largest land sale within Fiddler's Creek to date,” Aubrey Ferrao, managing member of Fiddler's Creek Community LLC, says in a press release.
