Dermatology and Oculoplastic Consultants doctors buy Clark Road office building

PRICE: $2.08 million
LAW FIRM ON DEED: Kimberly Colgate PA, Sarasota

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Dr. Heidi Anderson and Dr. Paul Brannan of Dermatology and Oculoplastic Consultants purchased a 20,040-square-foot office building for $2.08 million.

The price equated to $104 per square foot. That figure is lower than the two-year average price per square foot for office space ($115) in the Tampa Bay area, according to the CoStar Group.

Located at the southeast corner of Honore Avenue and Clark Road, the salmon-colored building houses multiple office tenants. The building's tenants include Bouchard Insurance, The Barlow Group Inc. and Dental Arts. It had a 5,000-square-foot vacancy at the time of the sale.

Kimberly Colgate of Private Wealth Realty Inc. in cooperation with Brian Seidel and Marcia Cuttler of American Property Group of Sarasota Inc. represented the seller. E. Nelson Gonzalez of Enego Investments Inc. represented the buyer.

The purchase entity, Hershey Dog Properties LLC, mortgaged the property to the seller, Hadco Properties & Development LLC, for $1.73 million.
