Nathan Bisk leaves top spot at Bisk Education

TAMPA — Nathan Bisk, chairman and founder of Bisk Education, is leaving the CEO post and has promoted two of company's executives to its top operating positions.

The online education company promoted President Andrew Titen to CEO and Senior Vice President Michael Bisk to President. Nathan Bisk will continue to serve as company's chairman.

Titen joined the company in 1986 and has been president and chief operating officer of Bisk Education since 1992. From 1986 to 1991, he served as Bisk Education's chief financial officer. Prior to joining Bisk, he spent 11 years in public accounting and business with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), Cherry Bekaert & Holland (now Cherry Bekaert), Hacker Johnson & Jacobsen (now Hacker Johnson & Smith) and AAA Peninsula Motor Club (now Auto Club Group).

Michael Bisk joined the company in 1993 and has served in several leadership positions, most recently as senior vice president and a member of the executive committee. In his new role, he will lead the company's strategic planning, marketing, enrollment management, technology and business development groups. He will also run the day-to-day business operations.

Bisk Education has more than 900 employees and operates from a 135,000-square-foot corporate campus in Tampa.
