Koogler Homes President Don Koogler recently announced that his son, Dan Koogler, has joined his company as a superintendent.
Don Koogler has been building upscale custom homes in Cape Coral for 19 years, including 13 under his own brand. Koogler was one of the most aggressive custom builders coming out of the recession, selling a $2.3 million speculative home in Cape Coral in 2012.
Dan Koogler graduated from Mariner High School in Cape Coral in 2004 and served three years as an infantryman with the U.S. Army's 101st Airborne Division. He recently earned a degree in business management from DeVry University in Colorado Springs.
Dan Koogler isn't new to homebuilding. He worked with his father through high school and after graduation as an electrician specialist installing low-voltage products for residential and commercial properties.
