Antonio Cantisani, owner of AutoWorks and MufflerWorks, purchased the 10,840-square-foot Naples Car Care Center for $1.4 million.
The price equated to $129 per square foot. That figure is higher than the two-year average price per square foot for industrial space ($90) in Southwest Florida, according to the CoStar Group.
AutoWorks and MufflerWorks are long-term tenants in the auto-focused building and share space with Trans Pro Transmissions, Topline Auto Center and AAMCO.
Cantisani had not replied to a request for comment as of deadline.
The purchase comes a year after Naples orthopedic surgeons Aldo Beretta purchased the car-care center for $1.18 million, equal to $108 per square foot.
The seller, which operated as Davis Car Care LLC, offered the buyer a $1.35 million mortgage on the property.
AutoWorks and MufflerWorks is a family owned and operated automotive repair shop focused on engine diagnostic and performance, electrical, exhaust systems, brakes and vehicle detailing.
