New York brothers buy Neapolitan Car Wash

PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
Two brothers from the New York City area purchased the business and real estate of Neapolitan Car Wash. They purchased the 8,000-square-foot facility for $4.02 million.

The price equated to $502 per square foot. That figure is higher than the two-year average price per square foot for retail space ($144) in Southwest Florida, according to the CoStar Group.

The carwash building was constructed in 2003 and occupies a 0.9-acre parcel.

George Atkinson of CRE Consultants was the former owner and operator.

The purchase entity, 1508-1514 N. Blvd. Corp., mortgaged the property to CNLBank for $1.1 million.
