NAPLES — Former Deloitte & Touche partner Robin Kramer has been appointed senior vice president and chief accounting officer of Hertz following the resignation of Jatindar Kapur.

Kramer's appointment comes months after Thomas Kennedy was named the company's new chief financial officer. In December, Kennedy replaced Elyse Douglas, who resigned after declining to move with the company's headquarters from New Jersey to Southwest Florida.

“Mr. Kapur's resignation was for personal reasons and was not due to any disagreement between Mr. Kapur and the companies on any matter relating to the companies' operations, policies or practices,” reads a statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by Hertz on Friday.

Before joining Hertz, Kramer was a partner with Deloitte & Touche from 2007 to 2014. She was the chief accounting officer of Fisher Scientific International from 2005 to 2007.
