TAMPA — CFO Solutions Resource Inc., a Tampa-based firm that provides interim chief financial officer services, has announced a merger with Hallmark CPA Group.
CFO Solutions CEO Dennis Fredrickson will now work under Hallmark, a full-service accounting firm also based in Tampa, according to a release. The merger will become official Oct. 1.
“The addition of Dennis Fredrickson and his team helps us to better serve our growing practice,” Hallmark CPA Group Managing Member Andrew Hall says in the statement. “We are enthusiastic about continuing the high level of service and expertise the firm has provided its tremendous client base. Dennis is a great addition to the team and brings over 15 years of expertise to our firm.”
Fredrickson, in the release, says he looks forward to working with Hallmark CPA. Says Fredrickson: “I am truly excited about this opportunity and believe this creates a great synergy of resources and experience to offer outstanding CPA firm service to our clients in the Tampa Bay, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and surrounding areas.”
