SARASOTA — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate appointed Rich Fleischer, a one-time mortgage loan officer, to run its statewide relocation services division.

Fleischer will be based out of Sarasota, according to a release, but will oversee all relocation services for the firm, which has additional offices in Tampa, Naples-Fort Myers, Palm Beach and central Florida.

“We are confident that Rich Fleischer's knowledge in relocation management and services make him a great addition to our team,” Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Regional Vice President of Relocation Services Glenda Philpot says in the statement. “His dedication and expertise will lead to the successful achievement of our department and company's goals.”

Fleischer began his residential real estate career in mortgage underwriting with a Coldwell Banker affiliate office in Boston. More recently, Fleischer was the Southern California relocation manager at NRT LLC/Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. He managed a team of 12 relocation consultants and support staff in that position, according to the release.

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is a subsidiary of NRT LLC, one of the nation's largest residential real estate brokerages. It has more than 80 offices with 4,900 sales associates in Florida.
