SARASOTA — Seven real estate agents and teams from Manatee and Sarasota counties have been recognized as being among the top 1% of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate sales associates in Florida for 2012.
The agents and teams are: Barbara Ackerman, Betsy DeManio, Judy Kepecz-Hays, Lynne Koy, The Joe Murphy Team, Bruce Myer and Roger Pettingell. The local agents, according to a release, recently attended a gala event at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples. They were joined by more than 100 other Coldwell Banker sales associates from Florida, Atlanta, Baltimore, Dallas/Fort Worth and Washington, D.C.
“These associates' exceptional sales performance and passion for excellence have placed them among the best of the best,” Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Regional Senior Vice President for Southwest Florida Sue Wolverton says in the statement. “We are so proud of their outstanding accomplishments.”
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has more than 80 offices and 4,900 sales associates who cover markets in Sarasota-Bradenton, Tampa, central Florida, Palm Beach and southeast Florida. The firm is a subsidiary of NRT LLC, one of the largest residential real estate brokerages in the country.
