TAMPA BAY — Prudential Tropical Realty has named former St. Pete Beach Commissioner and Vice Mayor Bev Jackson as its director of business development.

Jackson has been a city commissioner since March 2009 and has run St. Pete Beach-based GPS Relocation Resources Inc. since 2003. She previously served as vice president of corporate relocation for Arvida Realty Services (now part of Coldwell Banker) and held that same position for Smith and Associates.

“Her expertise and comprehensive understanding of the Tampa Bay area market will enable us to identify opportunities with potential business partners and establish relationships that will result in long-term value for our company and our partners,” Ginger McQuigg, Prudential Tropical Realty's vice president of Residential Operations says in a press release.

Locally owned and operated since 1959, Prudential Tropical Realty has 16 offices located throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties.
