BUYER: BRMedical LLC (principals: James and Elizabeth Ronzo and Frank and Susan Bono), Hernando
SELLER: MHG Avion Retail LLC
PROPERTY: 5315 Avion Park Drive, Tampa
PRICE: $1.15 million
PREVIOUS PRICE: $8.28 million, January 2012
LAW FIRM ON DEED: McKibbon Hotel Group Inc., Gainesville, Ga.

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: The doctor owners of the Gulfcoast Spine Institute and their spouses purchased a half-acre outparcel in Avion Park for $1.15 million.

The Hernando-based spinal-treatment-focused medical practice plans to develop a 4,000- to 6,000-square-foot building on the Westshore site. The new location will be the practice's fourth and its first between Tampa and Naples. It already has facilities in Hernando, Brooksville and Lady Lake.

Patrick Berman of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. represented the seller and RJ King & Associates represented the buyer.

“They will most likely start construction before Memorial Day,” Berman says. “The location makes a lot of sense for them. They're right at the airport and there are three hotels there. There's also some future high-rise office space proposed.”

The Gulfcoast Spine Institute did not reply to a request for comment as of deadline.

The purchased entity BRMedical LLC mortgaged the property to PNC Bank NA for $802,300.
