TAMPA — Shareholders of property-management firm Transfer Technology International Corp. have approved changing the company's name to Enviro-Serv Inc., the company announced in a statement.

The new name better reflects the company's new strategic direction, which is to build a portfolio of “highly profitable” property-maintenance companies that provide services such as landscaping, pest control, pool maintenance, air-conditioning installation and repairs and other home maintenance, it says in a release. It is targeting warm-climate states to provide these services year round.

“We have an aggressive acquisition plan and are eager to implement our marketing strategy,” says Christoph Trina, chairman and CEO of Transfer Technology International, in a statement.

Transfer Technology International (symbol: TTIN, recent price: 2 cents), is based in Tampa.
