The price equated to $20,079 per unit.
The hotel features two one-room suites and four two-room suites. It also includes a lakeside heated pool and laundry facility.
Another entity, led by Tarun Patel, also owns the 134-unit Days Inn Bradenton. The Patels did not respond to a call for comment prior to deadline.
