The former Integrated Control's International Corporate Headquarters/Training Facility is garnering a lot of interest from potential buyers. As of March 7, the Punta Gorda property was the top Florida listing on Loopnet based on views during the last 30 days. The three-building complex was viewed 4,529 times as of that date, attracting just shy of 1,400 more views than any other listing in the top 10.

The property, located at 900 W. Marion Ave., Punta Gorda, will be auctioned April 4. The minimum bid price is $1.8 million, but Fisher Auction Co. says the property appraised at $7.2 million.

The only other local listing in the top 10 was a New Port Richey property with 20 waterfront home lots, 18 wet slips in Harbor Colony and another 31 in the Dockside at Gulf Landings. The property at 5815 Sea Forest Drive, New Port Richey was ranked fourth with 2,652 views.
