Naples entrepreneurs Peter and Kim Pytlik purchased the 18,000-square-foot Imperial Shoppes retail center for $2.7 million.
The price equated to $150 per square foot. That figure is close to the two-year average price per square foot for retail space ($140) in the Southwest Florida market, according to the CoStar Group.
The Pytlik's SurroundingS Executive Consignment Store occupies the majority of the center.
“We bought it just for our business use,” says Peter Pytlik.
Chip Olson of Colonial Square Realty handled the sale.
The purchase entity mortgaged the property to the seller Berland Investment LLC for $2.6 million.
