FORT MYERS — Joseph Francioni, who owned a Cape Coral printing company, has joined The Smart Companies in Fort Myers as the company's comptroller.
The owner and CEO of Smart Companies, Brian Rist, was named recently as an Entrepreneur of the Year by the Business Observer.
Francioni sold his printing business, Innovative Printing and Signs, after operating it for five years. Prior to that he was chief financial officer and chief operations officer for C A Wunder Engineering in Cape Coral.
Smart Companies provides storm-protection systems as well as solar and other energy efficiency systems for homes.
