BlueGrace Logistics plans another 15 locations

RIVERVIEW — BlueGrace Logistics, the Tampa Bay area's fastest-growing private company on the Inc. 500, plans to add 15 locations this year to expand its national footprint.

The Riverview-based transportation and logistics company has a strong presence in the South and Midwest and is gaining traction in the rest of the country, it says in a statement.

“Our exponential growth is due, in part, to the ever-growing demand for logistics and shipping management services,” BlueGrace CEO Bobby Harris says in the release.

The company, with 7,387% growth between 2008 and 2011, is focusing on franchise expansion in Oklahoma City; San Antonio; Charlotte, N.C.; Kansas City; Memphis, Tenn.; San Francisco, Cincinnati; Houston; Los Angeles and Albuquerque.'¨'¨Key to the company's strategy is happy, productive employees, the CEO says.

'¨BlueGrace now has more than 35 franchise locations and established relationships with more than 4,000 trucking companies.
