PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A purchase entity led by cataract and Lasik surgeon Dr. Barrett Ginsburg of Eye Centers of Florida purchased a 4,840-square-foot medical office building for $909,000.
The price equated to $188 per square foot. That figure is higher than the two-year average price per square foot for office space ($120) in Southwest Florida, according to the CoStar Group.
Constructed in 1987, the building's primary tenant is the dental group Olde Naples Periodontics. The building is located less than four blocks south of NCH Downtown Naples Hospital.
Ginsburg declined to comment on the purchase.
The purchase entity Elesig Partners LLC mortgaged the property to Wells Fargo Bank for $656,250.
