If you ride Harley-Davidson motorcycles, you probably know Scott Fischer.
He's the Fort Myers entrepreneur and the president and CEO of Scott Fischer Enterprises, which owns five Harley Davidson stores in four states.
Fischer recently was named to the Power 15 by Powersports Business magazine. It's the magazine's inaugural list of the country's top 15 dealers who provide outstanding customer experience and service.
In business circles, Fischer is known for his open-book management style and his focus on organizational health. For example, the company displays financial results for each store on flat-screen TVs so employees can measure their performance against each other.
